• Other separate criteria as set out by the business are not eligible.

Register Application

• Submit the registration to the head office or branch office in person.

• The company will assess the member registration and will issue the membership to those who satisfies the criteria.

• If unable to submit the registration form in person, a representative can submit the form on behalf.
